The villa is situated in an exclusive and very quiet residential neighborhood 3.5 km from the center of Cascais, but less than a kilometer away from all the stores. The lovely little beach in Cascais and the big beach in Guincho, perfect for sliding sports, are less than a 10-minute drive away.
The 2,000 sq. m. garden is a great playground for children who will also appreciate the 9-meter-long oval swimming pool. The outdoor spaces are particularly well equipped, allowing you to make the most of the region's pleasant, mild climate: covered porch with garden furniture, dining area under the pergola.

Linens, sheets, and towels are provided. The beds will be freshly made on arrival. You will find toiletries in the bathrooms and a gourmet food basket in the kitchen. Optional services are available upon request at reservation.
